Paul Cameron has over 25 years of providing grounds and gardens services to commercial customers. In that time the PCM Team have been able to replicate the same eagerness and commitment to customer satisfaction that Paul set out to achieve many years ago. That's not to say things always go to plan but generally speaking we have learnt that communication and honesty have carried us well to date.

Client Induction GPS

Several of our customers have introduced contractor management systems whereby the client and the contractor can track and monitor the works being performed. To be an accredited each contractor must adhere to a strict OH&S work system and compliance matrix along with verification of services both via live login internet data collection as well as mandatory written documentation of compliance. PCM has ticked all these compliance boxes and is proud to be not only an accredited contractor but has earned the classification of "Preferred Supplier" for many of our National clients

WPCG Accreditation

To comply with the Petroleum Industry standards for contractors PCM has undergone the correct and up to date training matrix involved with ensuring accident identification and minimisation methods are introduced for all works when performing tasks on Hazardous Fuel Sites. If PCM customers want peace of mind, maximum safety work methods and 100% compliance from a contractors to provide grounds and garden services for a Petrol Station, then PCM is the first choice. With 25 years experience and WPCG (Previously AIP) Compliance it makes sense to not to gamble with just any gardener but choosing a contractor that has earned the credibility for your business before stepping foot on your site

Working With Children Certificate

All PCM team members are WWC certified to provide employed works within Schools, day cares, child care centres and shopping centres. We remain vigilant in keeping up to date and discussing via monthly toolbox meetings better and smarter ways to work within facilities where children are present.

PCM will not perform any works without first conducting a Job Safety Analysis (JSA) along with the corresponding Work Method Statements (WMS) both for each and every task but as well as each and every piece of equipment. Nothing is more important than the safety of staff and the public when providing grounds and maintenance services to the Commercial Industry

PCM provides its customers with the peace of mind of 20 million dollars Public Liability insurance.

As part of the service PCM provides written reports outlining any maintenance or potential hazards experienced or noticed onsite. This may be as small as a leaking garden tap or a tree/shrub causing a security concern. PCM also monitors the safety hazards onsite and will notify the customer if any fault or potential hazard is identified.
